Preparation
- Come with dry, detangled hair unless a wash is included.
- Skip dry shampoo and heavy styling product on the day.
- Bring inspiration images so we can match tone and shape precisely.
- For colour or chemical services, a patch test 48 hours ahead is advised.
Aftercare
- Wait 72 hours before your first wash on colour and chemical services.
- Use sulphate-free, colour-safe shampoo and conditioner.
- Apply heat protection before any styling tool.
- Book a nourishing mask every 4–6 weeks to hold the result.
