What to expect
1Consultation
Skin analysis under daylight lamp and a tailored plan.
2Cleanse & prep
Double cleanse, gentle exfoliation and warm steam.
3Treatment
Extractions, serum infusion and a signature mask.
4Finish
Facial massage, moisturiser and SPF with tea in the lounge.
Preparation
- Arrive with a bare face where possible — we cleanse thoroughly on site.
- Pause retinol, acids and strong exfoliants for 48 hours before your visit.
- Avoid waxing or threading the same area within 24 hours.
- Tell your therapist about any active breakouts, allergies or new medication.
Aftercare
- Keep skin bare for 12 hours so active ingredients can settle.
- Apply SPF 50 daily; new skin is more light-sensitive.
- Avoid sauna, steam and intense workouts for 24 hours.
- Hydrate generously and resume actives after three days.
